01. Administering local Anesthesia

Anesthesia will be applied around the tooth and also injected into the gum. This freezes the entire area surrounding the tooth.

02. Sedative or general anesthesia

In case, of highly anxious patients, sedatives may be administered orally or intravenously to make you more comfortable.

03. Surgical procedure

Incisions can be made to gain tooth access. The tooth is elevated using a elevators or forceps. Depending on the extent of cuts made, stitches maybe required.

The time for wisdom teeth removal procedure usually takes 20 to 30 minutes but based on complicated cases, the dentists may extend time.
